Damaged Item Policy
All damaged or lost
packages must be reported to us
within 48 hours of the day you
received your order.
We will promptly reship the order after charging your credit card and
issue a call tag or a return label and UPS claim for the distressed items.
Once the items are returned or UPS credit issued, you will get a refund
for the damages. This process can take up to 10 days.
Returns & Restocking Fee
